Shipping & Returns
You've found artsy products that you love. Yaayyyy!! Now here's what to expect when you order with us:
Order processing times.
After you place your order we take 3-5 business days to create it and once processing is done we ship immediately.
USA/CANADA/AUSTRALIA - 10-20 business days(2-4 weeks).
EUROPE - 10-38 business days(2-5 weeks).
MIDDLE EAST - 10-20 business days(2-4 weeks).
SOUTH AMERICA - 20-45 business days(4-7weeks).
Arts&Emotions Shop cannot guarantee arrival dates for any package we ship due to many factors out of our control including but not limited to weather, delays in customs clearance and/or delays on the courier's end. But, what we do guarantee is that our team will keep track of your package at all times and you are always covered by our refund policy.
Where do you ship from?
Although Arts&Emotions Shop is a USA based company, we work with different makers from different locations around the world. Thanks to smart logistics we ship our items directly from our partners facilities, which are located in USA, Europe and China. Depending on the items that you purchase with us, you will receive packages from one or more of this areas.
When will I receive tracking information?
Within a week of your order being fulfilled (shipped), you will receive a notification email containing your tracking number.
My order has not arrived yet.
While some parcels can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays, or you may live in a more isolated region from where we manufacture (mostly China). If it does not arrive by 8 weeks upon ordering, just contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number and we'll be happy to assist you.
I have received only part of my order, where are the other items?
If you are ordering products from multiple collections, you'll probably receive them in different packages. But not a reason to worry at all. Like we said above, we work with different partner suppliers for different collections. And also in order to make shipping times as fast as possible, we ship items as per availability. Note that we'll send you one shipping confirmation email(with tracking number) per package. If you'd like to know the status of any of your packages, you can click on the tracking number link in each email you received or you can email us with your name and order number.
Customs, VAT and duty fees.
Please, be aware that you - or the recipient, if you are sending a gift - are responsible for any additional import fees, VAT, or duties charged during the process of delivering your order. It is unfortunately quite difficult to estimate what these fees might be prior to shipping and we encourage you to check with the laws in your area if you have further questions.
Returns, refunds and exchanges.
Your satisfaction is our number one priority and we sincerely hope that you love what you order with us. If you purchase anything from us that you don't absolutely love, is damaged or defective, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll definitely assist you. You have 30 days from the date that you received your order to send products back to us for returns and exchanges. For more details please check our refund policy.
