SHIPPING + RETURNS
You've found artsy products that you love. Yaayyyy!! If we could, we'd teleport your items to you right away, but unfortunately this is not possible... yet. To know what to expect when you order with us, here's how our shipping works:
After you place your order we take 3-5 business days to create it and once processing is done we ship immediately.
USA/CANADA/AUSTRALIA - 14-20 business days(2-4 weeks)
EUROPE - 18-38 business days(3-5 weeks)
UAE - 14-20 business days(2-4 weeks)
SOUTH AMERICA - 25-45(5-7weeks)
Where do you ship from?
Thanks to smart logistics we ship our items directly from our partner suppliers/manufacturers, mostly located in China.
I have received only part of my order, where are the other items?
If you are ordering products from multiple collections, you'll probably receive them in different packages. But not a reason to worry at all. We work with different suppliers for different collections. And also in order to make shipping times as fast as possible, we ship items as per availability.
Know that we'll send you one shipping confirmation email(with tracking number) per package. If you'd like to know the status of any of your packages, you can click on the tracking number link in each email you received or you can email us with your name and order number.
When will I receive tracking information?
A: Within a week of your order being fulfilled (shipped), you will receive a notification email containing your tracking number.
How do I check the status of my order?
Our fulfillment warehouses pack your order item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to it. You may also visit our website at anytime and click on our Order Status page to find the real-time update of your shipment. If you did not receive your order's tracking number or did not find any updates under our Order Status page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.
Are customs, VAT, or duty fees included in the order?
Be aware that you - or the recipient, if you are sending a gift - may be responsible for additional customs fees, VAT, or duties charged during the process of delivering your order. These fees are controlled by governmental authorities in the country where the package is shipped to, and can vary from area to area. It is unfortunately quite difficult to estimate what these fees might be prior to shipping and we encourage you to check with the laws in your area if you have further questions. Your package may be held by your local post office if additional import fees are required. If you choose not to pay these fees and do not pick up your package, Arts&Emotions Shop is not able to refund your shipping costs.
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
Yes, you have 30 days from the date that you received your order to send products back to us for returns and exchanges.
Do you offer refunds?
Absolutely! We offer a full refund on your order if you don't like the product. Simply visit our Refund Policy page for complete details.
