How do I check the status of my order?
Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3-5 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your order item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to it. You may also visit our website at anytime and click on our Order Status page to find the real-time update of your shipment. If you did not receive your order's tracking number or did not find any updates under our Order Status page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide to ensure that all our audience of artlovers have the chance to enjoy the products that we carefully select to display at our shop.
Is this website secure with my personal information?
Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure that all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one time only upon purchasing of your product.
How do I order on your website?
Simply find the product you want and click the "Add To Cart" button. Fill in your shipping information and we will have your order shipped to you as soon as possible.
Can I use multiple coupons in one order?
Our system will accept one coupon code per order. You will have to make separate purchases to redeem multiple coupons.
Does Arts&Emotions Shop provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?
Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find any damages to the product, contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get it addressed!
Do you accept returns and exchanges?

If you purchase anything from us that you don't absolutely love, is damaged or defective, please contact us and we'll definitely assist you.
